How Much Does It Cost to Live at Meridian?

You need to pay a monthly charge based on the floor plan you choose. This monthly fee includes all basic services. You will be charged separately for additional services such as beauty / barber shop services, your telephone, personal laundry, personal protective undergarments and out of town transportation.

Schedule of Services

LEVEL I-No additional charge
  • Includes all of the following basic services:
  • Supervision of medication
  • Assistance three times per week with bathing / showers
  • Assistance with dressing and grooming
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Scheduled transportation to local doctors and clinics
  • Transportation to scheduled outings and activities
  • Weekly linen changes
  • Weekly laundry of linens and towels
  • Daily reminders for meals and activities
  • Meal tray delivered to room when resident is feeling ill

LEVEL II - Additional $400 per month
  • Includes all Level l Services, plus the following:
  • Two linen changes per week 
  • Escort service to and from meals and activities
  • Laundry of resident's clothing
  • Meals delivered to room
  • Extraordinary assistance or supervision up to 20 minutes per day
LEVEL Ill -Additional $600.00 per month
  • Includes all Level Il, plus the following:
  • Daily assistance with bathing / showers
  • Escort service to and from meals and activities
  • Laundry of resident's clothing
  • Meals delivered to room
  • Three or more linen changes per week
  • Extraordinary housekeeping
  • Routine assistance with adult protective products
  • Continuous reassurance / intervention for confusion, forgetfulness or
  • behavior
  • Extraordinary assistance or supervision up to 30 minutes per day
Special Services
Additional charges per occurrence
  • Professional stain cleaning- charged by the cleaning company
  • Scheduled transportation to doctors outside the local area- set by
  • the Administrator
  • Supplies- priced by the item
  • Dry cleaning- charged by the cleaners
